THAI HOUSE \\ MY FIRST ROLL ON HASSLEBLAD

Traditional Thai homes... you rarely see it these days. This is one example of a livable thai house in this modern era where concrete houses are to go-to choices for many fammilies due to the hot climate and availability of air conditioning. However traditionally thai homes are built on stilts to allow cool air to flow through the house and cools the living spaces as climate is warmer. In the past houses are normally situated along a water body like a river or a lake, these stilts help inhabitants to stay safe from rising water and give access to and from the river boat.
